● Presentations to large or small groups about SMF and the opportunities we will offer students. ● Support the College Advisors and counselors with all aspects of the college application process with students that meet the criteria. ● Strong understanding of scholarships like Questbridge, Gates, and Posse so we can make these opportunities available to students. ● One-on-one support with students who may require extra time and resources due to their limitations (lack of knowledge about the process). ● Resources and programs to share with the students and parents to show the community that the school is meeting all student's needs. ● Data and success stories to share with school administration and community to highlight the student's success.

Individual

● Positive reinforcement and support of the endless possibilities for the student's future. ● Consistent access to SMF staff. ● All resources needed to navigate through high school (picking the suitable classes, getting involved in school and the community, internship opportunities, and tips on becoming a leader). ● All resources needed to navigate the college application process (Letter of Recommendation Request Form, Working through the Common Application, College Essay Support). ● Support on communication skills. ● Assistance in applying for scholarships.
